Ian Broadfoot, owner, started his career in the construction business with Campbell Construction, a general contractor in Victoria, B.C.. He spent many years under the tutelage of George Wilson, a well known project manager, learning the construction management business from the site survey to the completion of the last deficiency and customer move in.

Ian has sold project related software from companies like Timberline (Sage 300 CRE), and is currently the Canadian distributor for Sage CMS.



Bruce Hone, CPA, CMA, has over 25 years experience implementing software solutions in construction companies. Providing one on one consulting – setup, implementation and training for staff.

A specialist in Construction and Project Management Systems, Quickbooks, QBO, Sage 50, XERO, and Sage Intacct.

A specialist in Excel, Word for documents/forms modification and the Sage CMS custom report writing program.
